Evening, weekend, and holiday hours may be required. A strong background in commercial refrigeration and general maintenance procedures is preferred; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of hotel maintenance experience; franchised hotel experience a plus.
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment essential to building operation; proper chemical handling and disposal.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work with hotel personnel.

Responsibilities

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintains standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments.
• Observes all house and safety rules, departmental procedures, and security procedures.
• Assist with inventories as scheduled.
• Follow maintenance program and cleaning schedule.
• Other duties as assigned.
