Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and maintenance services to keep hotel equipment and systems in excellent condition.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and respond to work orders.
• Inspect electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Maintain building exterior, cleanliness, and curb appeal; assist with refurbishing guest room furniture and fixtures.
• Ensure guest questions and requests are handled courteously to maintain guest satisfaction.
