Job summary

Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to oversee the repair and upkeep of a 451-room hotel with 30,000 sq ft of meeting space. You will troubleshoot building systems, supervise tasks, and coordinate with departments to ensure high standards of safety and service.

The role requires at least 2 years of building maintenance experience (hotel experience preferred), the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of building maintenance experience, hotel experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across building systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and paint surfaces of building structures, furniture and equipment using proper techniques.
• Measure lengths and assess areas for repair; plaster or spackle surfaces.
• Maintain and repair caulked, grouted and masonry surfaces; install wall coverings.
