Qualifications

• High school education and relevant training and experience preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments and functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining hotel facilities and routine repairs.
• Replace air conditioner filters.
• Tend to air conditioning, boilers, and related systems for guest comfort.
• Maintain pool area and chemical balancing.
• Respond to guest requests, complaints, or questions courteously and promptly.
• Support employee development to improve guest satisfaction.
