Qualifications

• Minimum lifting of 70 pounds.
• Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.
• Hearing, writing, typing.
• Minimum pulling of 70 pounds.
• Must have a comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments and functions.
• Must have a knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations.
• High school education and relevant training and experience preferred.
• CPR training and first aid training preferred.
• Additional language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining hotel facilities and cleaning tasks.
• Perform minor and routine painting, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Replace air conditioner filters and service HVAC components.
• Tend to air conditioners, cooling towers, boilers for guest comfort.
• Maintain standards of quality guest service and respond to guest requests.
• Monitor pool area including chemical balancing and cleaning.
• Enhance guest satisfaction through professional service and teamwork.
