Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a hotel maintenance position preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the property grounds, public areas and hotel guest rooms.
• Performs preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns in hotel accommodations.
• Responds to maintenance orders in a timely manner; completes daily rounds.
