The role covers preventive maintenance, repairs, and coordination with departments to address guest room conditions; strong attention to detail and safe working practices are essential. You will work on site at the Austin property, supporting quality standards and participating in occasional trainings.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel maintenance or facilities is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure machines run smoothly and building systems operate efficiently.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and complete work orders to maintain hotel product quality.
• Assist with checking electrical systems and perform minor repairs.
• Service the hotel's pool and maintain exterior curb appeal.
