Job summary

Peachtree Group Hospitality Management is seeking a Maintenance Engineer (Part Time) to provide technical and maintenance services across the hotel. The role involves routine preventive maintenance, electrical and plumbing checks, and handling repairs to equipment and fixtures to keep guest rooms and public areas in excellent condition.

The position requires hands-on maintenance skills, willingness to work part-time, and the ability to respond promptly to maintenance requests.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and facility upkeep.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general building systems.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery and use hand/power tools.
• Willingness to perform preventive maintenance and respond to maintenance requests.
• Able to work part-time and attend trainings as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure building systems run smoothly.
• Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools.
• Inspect and maintain electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and kitchen equipment.
• Service pool maintenance including chemical adjustments and filter cleaning.
• Maintain exterior grounds and interior spaces to uphold curb appeal.
• Respond courteously to guest questions and maintenance requests.
• Document work orders and logs, and communicate with other departments.
• Attend trainings and meetings as required by management.
