Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented and exercise good judgment.
• Maintenance experience is necessary.
• On-site work is required and 40 hours per week with flexible AM/PM shifts.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests across the property.
• Maintain regulatory safety requirements and perform repairs.
• Operate and maintain HVAC, boiler, and related systems.
• Follow safety policies and keep workstations clean and organized.
• Assist engineers and mechanics with repairs and routine maintenance.
• Work with facility management to follow the schedule for cleaning tasks.
