Job summary

Lodging Dynamics is seeking an Engineer Tech in Anaheim, California to support maintenance and engineering operations across our hotel portfolio. You will perform routine maintenance, assist with safety inspections, and help keep mechanical systems running smoothly to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment, plus the capacity to oversee contractor activities and lift up to 75 pounds when needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering for a hotel.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays; in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to monitor contractor activity.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Accomplish maintenance and engineering functions of the hotel.
• Ensure all fire and safety inspections are completed and any discrepancies are corrected.
• Administer the preventative maintenance program and complete work orders on time.
• Complete safety, security, and service guideline trainings.
• Provide a professional image at all times.
• Meet with vendors and discuss scope, products, and materials used in repairs.
• Obtain pricing and bids as directed.
