Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance role at a hotel or resort.
• Knowledge of household repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Engaging and welcoming personality.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Performs general electrical repairs on appliances, house wiring, air conditioning systems, switches, fixtures and motors.
• Makes repairs on plumbing fixtures, piping, drains and sanitary systems.
• Repairs woodwork, wall coverings, doors, windows, and related components.
• Performs general mechanical maintenance on pumps, heaters, and other equipment.
• Keeps records and logs per company policy and prepares reports as requested.
