SpringHill Suites Rockwall is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to provide technical and maintenance services hotel-wide, ensuring all equipment and systems operate at peak condition.

The role covers preventive maintenance, minor repairs to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, pool care, and general building upkeep while coordinating with other departments and supporting guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Maintain routine preventive maintenance to keep machines and building systems working.
• Check electrical systems and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Service pool, fixtures, plumbing and general hotel equipment.
• Respond to guest questions and assist with maintenance requests.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment runs smoothly.
• Assist with repairs of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and kitchen equipment.
• Service pool maintenance and monitor chemical levels.
• Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools.
• Communicate with other departments about guest room conditions.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and storage rooms.
• Attend trainings/meetings as required by management.
