Qualifications

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines run smoothly and systems operate efficiently.
• Assist with repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC and related hotel equipment.
• Respond courteously to guest questions and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain building exterior, curb appeal and common areas in good condition.

Responsibilities
