You will manage the maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, equipment, and grounds, ensuring efficient operation and guest comfort. The role requires hands-on supervision, coordination with housekeeping and front office, and adherence to company policies, with a focus on preventive maintenance and cost controls.

Formación

• Must have engineering experience.
• Experience in hotel maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to supervise maintenance tasks safely.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee hotel maintenance and energy usage programs.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and front office for timely maintenance.
• Review maintenance reports and implement preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.
• Direct daily checklists and respond to guest maintenance requests.
