Qualifications

• Hotel maintenance experience required, including electrical, plumbing, and building construction.
• HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• Vocational training, certification, or apprenticeship in one or more areas.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls within 30 minutes of call receipt.
• Complete work orders accurately and inform supervisor of incomplete orders for rescheduling.
• Adjust televisions and program boxes.
• Change light bulbs and ballasts as soon as reported or noticed.
• Replace air filters on AC units on a regular basis.
• Repair vacuum cleaners and return them to service within two days.
• Clean up grounds, garages and parking lots.
