Job summary

Raymond Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Attendant for Hampton Inn & Suites – Ft. Worth Downtown in Fort Worth, TX. Starting pay is $18.00–$19.00 per hour, with increases at 30, 60, and 90 days.

Qualifications

• Basic maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

• Prior maintenance experience preferred; training may be provided.

Responsibilities

Position: Maintenance Attendant
Starting Salary Range: $18.00-$19.00/hour or more based on experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address any issues.
• Work with the housekeeping and front desk teams to resolve maintenance requests quickly and efficiently.

• Prior experience in maintenance or a related role is preferred, but we will train the right candidate!
