Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years work experience as Handyman in a hotel or similar large building.
• Two years college or technical school required or equivalent.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools and read basic schematics.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality guest service and support hotel operations 24/7.
• Perform carpentry, plumbing and painting tasks as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, specs and operating instructions.
• Read and complete work orders; supervise/train other workers as required.
• Detect malfunctions, dismantle and repair equipment, install parts.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety and security of guest information.
