Qualifications

• One year of building maintenance experience required; hotel experience preferred.
• Good customer service skills required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in related field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently or in a team.
• Shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections of the hotel premises and equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other equipment.
• Ensure interior and exterior are well-maintained.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies.
• Maintain maintenance records and assist in emergency response planning.
• Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
