Four Seasons Hotel Miami is seeking a dependable Engineer III to join the Engineering team. This entry-level role supports the maintenance and operation of the hotel's facilities, performing preventive maintenance, responding to service requests, and assisting with repairs throughout guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and committed to delivering exceptional service in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge or interest in general building maintenance or hands-on repair work.
• Previous hospitality or maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks reliably, with strong attention to detail.
• Service-oriented mindset with professionalism in guest areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance throughout guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Assist with basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lighting, furniture, fixture, and equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest and internal maintenance requests.
• Assist with mechanical room inspections, equipment readings, room inspections, and work orders.
• Support senior engineers during equipment shutdowns, repairs, and larger maintenance projects.
• Document maintenance activities and tasks performed each shift.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards or unsafe conditions.
