Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 2+ years of hands‑on building maintenance or engineering in hotel/resort.
• Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing systems.
• Skilled troubleshooting and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Familiar with preventive maintenance and logs.
• Knowledge of PPE and OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair equipment and systems promptly.
• Maintain water feature systems and kitchen equipment as needed.
• Repair defective parts and replace components to restore function.
• Maintain hotel infrastructure including walls, floors, doors, and windows.
• Document maintenance activities in logs and CMMS.
• Respond to emergencies and guest service requests efficiently.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other departments on repairs.
