Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance role at a hotel or resort.
• Knowledge of household repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing).
• Engaging and welcoming personality with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Electrical repairs on appliances, house wiring, switches, fixtures and motors.
• Repairs to woodwork, doors, windows, carpeting, and related surfaces.
• Mechanical maintenance on pumps, compressors, water heaters, and other equipment.
• Maintain logs and prepare reports as required by supervision.
