Highgate Hotels is seeking an Engineer, Level 1, to ensure the Hampton Inn Tracy is maintained in top condition with minimal guest disruption. Responsibilities include HVAC repairs, preventive maintenance, equipment readings, and general facility upkeep.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Repair hotel air conditioning systems and replace components.
• Perform preventive maintenance on boilers, chillers, electrical systems.
• Take readings on equipment and record results.
• Test cooling tower and log readings.
• Repair and program hotel TVs, lighting, pumps, and plumbing.
• Read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure codes compliance.
• Test and service swimming pools and spas.
• Paint areas and repair sheetrock and fixtures.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide guest-focused service.
