Job summary

A&R Hospitality Group seeks a Maintenance Engineer to service and maintain hotel systems across a Tillman’s Corner property managed by the group. You will inspect, repair and optimize HVAC, electrical, plumbing, water treatment, and pool systems to ensure safety and guest comfort.

The role emphasizes a systematic approach to maintenance, preventive tasks, and timely response to guest issues, with a focus on keeping guest areas and the maintenance shop organized.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining hotel facilities and systems.
• Ability to inspect and troubleshoot building and mechanical/electrical systems.
• Strong commitment to safety, cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior/exterior of the building, guest rooms, meeting rooms, laundry, and grounds.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical and water systems.
• Inspect operating systems and respond to guest complaints promptly.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and communicate hazards to management.
