Job summary

Hilton Dallas Southlake Town Square is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Engineer responsible for the preventative and repair of the hotel's mechanical and electrical systems, and for the upkeep of the physical plant, FF&E, grounds, pool, and related areas. The Hotel operates 24/7, so shifts vary.

You will troubleshoot, perform routine maintenance, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with team members to deliver reliable service while maintaining a neat, clean appearance and professional

Qualifications

• Knowledge of all maintenance trades including basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for operation and repair of hotel equipment.
• Ability to recognize potential safety hazards and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs malfunctions in mechanical or electrical systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing) across the hotel.
• Performs preventative maintenance on a scheduled basis.
• Maintains pool, exterior, curb appeal, and grounds.
• Adheres to safety policies and procedures and follows emergency procedures.
• Assists other engineering personnel as needed.
