Qualifications

• Willingness to work independently with high work ethic.
• Office-based role with ability to sit at a desk for long periods; lift 10–25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate central HVAC and related mechanical equipment using safe practices.
• Repair and maintain kitchen, laundry, ice machines, refrigeration, boilers, plumbing, electrical and gas systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic problems to repair quickly and economically.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on an ongoing basis.
