Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general carpentry knowledge.
• 2+ years in hotel maintenance, preferred.
• College or trade school experience in mechanical/electrical/technical disciplines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees property grounds, public areas and guest rooms.
• Conducts preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns in hotel accommodations.
• Check fixtures, lighting, and signs; maintains spare parts and bulbs.
• Responds to maintenance orders in a timely manner.
• Fulfills work orders promptly and completes daily rounds, reporting issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
