Qualifications

• Two years in hotel maintenance preferred.
• College or trade school in mechanical/electrical disciplines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees property grounds, public areas and guest rooms maintenance.
• Performs preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
• Checks fixtures, lighting, signs; maintains spare parts inventory.
• Responds to maintenance orders promptly and completes work orders.
• Performs daily rounds, identifies and reports issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
