Schulte Hospitality Group in Santa Fe, NM seeks an energetic Maintenance Engineer to oversee hotel maintenance, including guest rooms, public areas, and grounds. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot HVAC and electrical systems, and ensure safety and quality across the property.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in hotel maintenance, with knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in hotel maintenance position.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• One year of college or trade school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the property grounds, public areas and hotel guest rooms.
• Conducts preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns in hotel accommodations.
• Paints, replaces electrical accessories, maintains HVAC.
• Checks fixtures, lighting, and signs for proper operation; maintain spare parts and bulbs.
• Responds to maintenance orders promptly.
• Fulfills work orders in a timely manner.
• Completed daily rounds, identifying and reporting problems.
• Performs various other duties as assigned.
