Schulte Hospitality Group seeks an energetic Maintenance Engineer to join our hotel operations. The role covers guest units, public spaces, and back-of-house areas, with hands-on responsibility for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks.

Minimum three years in hotel maintenance, ability to pass a 4-panel drug screen and maintain a clean MVR, plus weekend/evening availability. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and a culture focused on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Three+ years hotel maintenance experience
• One year of college or trade school in mechanical/electrical
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance in guest rooms, buildings, and common areas
• Troubleshoots HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry issues
• Repairs and installs appliances with minimal supervision
• Maintains plumbing systems (pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, tubs)
• Performs electrical troubleshooting on equipment, fixtures, outlets and switches
• Performs preventative maintenance in units and public areas
• Reports and repairs safety issues in guest units, buildings, pools, and equipment
• Completes daily assignments in a timely manner
• Prioritizes work orders and communicates with front desk
