Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic Maintenance Engineer to join our team at multiple properties. This hands-on role focuses on preventative maintenance, equipment care, and rapid response to work orders to ensure guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring hotel maintenance experience, strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry knowledge, plus solid math, communication, and time-management skills. On-site duties support our hospitality portfolio and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a hotel maintenance role with hands-on experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry preferred.
• Strong communication and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees property grounds, public areas and guest rooms.
• Performs preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
• Paints, replaces electrical accessories, maintains HVAC.
• Checks fixtures, lighting and signs for proper operation.
• Responds to maintenance orders promptly and completes work orders.
