• Skills: Advanced knowledge of Building Management/Engineering; ability to analyze and communicate information.

Responsibilities

• Execute repairs and maintenance at the hotel (plumbing, electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, painting, general building maintenance).
• Execute manual engineering tasks on duty as needed per tickets or guest-related impact items.
• Perform special projects and participate in task forces and committees.
