Responsibilities

• Supervise the staff in the division; hire, train, coach and counsel as appropriate.
• Develop and manage the division's budget and capital expenditure plan.
• Develop, implement and manage a maintenance program and negotiate maintenance contracts.
• Direct all Emergency programs; ensure safety, compliance and records.
• Develop energy conservation measures to minimize expenses.
• Perform manual engineering tasks on duty as needed.
