Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs (ceiling tiles, sheetrock, painting).
• Install or repair sheetrock and wall coverings as needed.
• Replace basic electrical fixtures, switches, receptacles, and bulbs.
• Perform minor plumbing tasks.
• Focus on guest satisfaction and adhere to service standards.
• Follow safety guidelines, OSHA/MSDS requirements, and EarthView sustainability practices.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
