Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain all equipment, systems and building components (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, furniture, paint).
• Repair and replace fixtures, test machinery, and inspect equipment for proper operation.
• Attend trainings and meetings; collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor on projects; respond to guest requests in a timely, personable manner.
