Job summary

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is seeking a hotel maintenance professional to maintain all equipment and building systems. Responsibilities include servicing mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and related components, with emphasis on preserving guest experience and property standards.

Ideal candidates have prior hotel engineering or comparable maintenance background and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a hotel engineer is preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all equipment, systems and building components (mechanical, electrical, pumps, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, locks, furniture, paint, walls, tiles).
• Inspect and repair machinery; replace damaged parts and perform routine maintenance.
• Respond to guest and team requests in a timely, personable manner; collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor.
