Job summary

Fisher Inn Resort in Linthicum is seeking an Engineer responsible for performing interior and exterior preventative maintenance. You will conduct inspections and address maintenance requests from guests to ensure their comfort.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC knowledge, and experience in hotel maintenance is preferred. Full-time employees enjoy numerous benefits including health insurance and 401(k) plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in hotel maintenance, facilities management, or a similar role is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, fix leaks, replace faulty components.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, ensuring guest safety.
