Courtyard Jackson is seeking a maintenance engineer to uphold safety, cleanliness and operational excellence across the property. You will respond to repair requests, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure all rooms and public spaces meet MCR standards.

The role requires a minimum 2 years in facilities or hospitality, a technical degree, strong communication, and the ability to work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• Technical, trade or vocational degree preferred.
• At least 2 years in a commercial facility, hospitality or related field.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Capable of handling high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Strong listening, conflict resolution and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Respond to guest repair requests and document completion in the work order system.
• Perform preventative maintenance and keep PM program on schedule.
• Follow safety measures and report emergencies to supervisor.
• Conduct full property walks at shift start and end; note needs.
• Maintain clean, organized maintenance areas during shift and before departure.
