Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of progressive experience in hotel or related field preferred.
• Trade school/college coursework helpful.

Responsibilities

• Make repairs to hotel air conditioning system: change filters, clean coils, replace motors.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment (boilers, chillers, HVAC, electrical).
• Read blueprints and wiring diagrams; read readings and test equipment.
• Repair kitchen equipment, plumbing, pumps, lighting, and fixtures.
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure code compliance.
• Test swimming pools and spas; paint and finish areas as needed.
