Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a capable Maintenance Engineer to oversee building, grounds, and mechanical systems. You will perform daily preventive maintenance, respond to guest-related maintenance requests, and support safety and security across the property.

The role requires strong communication skills and experience in building trades, with a focus on guest satisfaction and safety. On-site duties include equipment checks and coordinated repair work across guestrooms and public areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or building trades preferred.
• Clear communication (speaking and writing) required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain timelines and work schedule per preventive maintenance program.
• Check work orders and night reports for assignments.
• Perform preventive maintenance and monitor laundry, kitchen, and guestrooms equipment.
• Change HVAC filters, inspect equipment and lubricate as needed.
• Assist other engineering personnel and maintain a clean work area.
• Ensure security of assigned keys and proper use of tools.
