Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred; attention to detail and customer focus.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds on a regular basis. EEO AA M/F/Vet/Disabled

Responsibilities

• Engineering: Maintains property assets and supports preventive maintenance.
• Guest service: Responds to guest requests with high service levels.
• Identifies concerns and provides maintenance solutions; works with managers to recommend service solutions.
• Follows SOPs and collaborates with other departments as needed.
• Works as a team to meet guest needs and completes duties inside/outside the engineering scope.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area in compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Self-management: plans, organizes, and prioritizes work per Chief Engineer.
