Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair of hotel property, equipment, and grounds.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and asset protection.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Provide guest-ready service and respond to requests professionally.
• Collaborate with Chief Engineer and other departments as needed.
