You will inspect rooms, handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC tasks, and maintain records. The role requires strong guest service and adherence to codes, with opportunities for growth along the engineering leadership path.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; trade school coursework preferred.
• Prior engineer/maintenance experience or equivalent training required.
• Strong electrical, plumbing, and HVAC troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals and follow safety protocols.
• Good communication and guest-service orientation.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct room inspections and identify repair needs.
• Install, repair sheetrock and wall coverings.
• Paint designated areas and items.
• Repair electrical fixtures and lighting components.
• Repair furniture and televisions.
• Perform minor plumbing and HVAC maintenance.
• Trace and repair water lines.
• Maintain repair and preventive maintenance records.
• Work to local, state and Federal codes.
• Support guest satisfaction goals and service recovery.
