Job summary

Windsor Hospitality is seeking an Engineer Groundskeeper for Embassy Suites by Hilton in San Luis Obispo, CA. The role focuses on maintaining the hotel’s physical structure and systems, using hand and power tools to complete routine tasks and repairs.

You will replace filters, report major repair needs, and assist with climate control equipment to ensure guest comfort, all while adhering to uniform and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to repair and maintain hotel infrastructure using hand tools.
• Knowledge of safe work practices and tool usage.

Responsibilities

• Maintains hotel by performing minor routine painting, plumbing, electrical work using hand tools.
• Replaces air conditioner filters.
• Notifies management about major repairs or lighting/heating/ventilation needs.
• Tends furnaces, ACs, boilers to provide heat, cool air, and hot water for guests.
• Executes assigned tasks/projects as directed and completes them on time.
• Responds to guest or management requests within a given time and records actions taken.
• Always wears uniform and name badge on the property.
• Supports company values and guest service philosophy.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
