Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairs across plants and rooms, outdoor work, pool maintenance, and adherence to safety procedures. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of independent or collaborative work.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively read and write or speak English is required.
• General knowledge or experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, masonry trades or specialization in one trade is required.
• Friendly, reliable, enthusiastic, obliging, and compassionate candidates preferred.
• Public presence in grooming, dress, poise, and social etiquette is important.
• Must be able to work independently or with others.

Responsibilities

• Provide pleasant and professional services to all hotel guests.
• Troubleshoot equipment, systems, and facilities and perform repairs (e.g., painting, wallpaper repair, plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Assist with outdoor work (lawn mowing, landscaping, pool opening/closing, snow removal).
• Maintain pools, water quality, and related equipment operation.
• Know hotel safety, security, and emergency procedures.
• Perform custodial tasks within repair context.
• Maintain communication with staff to ensure cooperation and service excellence.
• Properly maintain all work equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Respond to guest requests with appropriate sensitivity and immediacy.
• Comply with department, hotel, and company policies and procedures.
• Perform any task within capability not listed above.
