Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic Maintenance Engineer to join our team. You will oversee property grounds, public areas and guest rooms, conduct preventative maintenance, and keep HVAC and electrical systems in top condition.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the property grounds, public areas and hotel guest rooms.
• Conducts preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns in hotel accommodations.
• Paints, replaces electrical accessories, maintains HVAC.
• Checks fixtures, lighting, and signs for proper operation; keeps spare parts and light bulbs stocked.
• Responds to maintenance orders promptly.
• Fulfills work orders in a timely manner.
• Completes daily rounds and reports problems.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
