Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Maintenance Engineer for Rand Tower, Minneapolis. You will perform maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including electrical repairs and repairs to plumbing fixtures, woodwork, and HVAC components.

The role requires hands-on problem solving and a service-minded approach to guest experience. You will work with a team in a fast-paced hotel environment, maintain accurate maintenance logs, and support continuous operations.

Qualifications

• Hotel or resort maintenance experience required.
• Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, and plumbing repairs.
• Engaging and welcoming personality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Perform electrical repairs on appliances, wiring, switches and motors.
• Repair plumbing fixtures, piping, drains, and sanitary systems.
• Perform woodwork repairs on doors, walls, and flooring.
• Carry out general mechanical maintenance on pumps, compressors, and water heaters.
• Keep logs and submit reports as required by supervision.
