The role covers preventive maintenance, electrical and plumbing inspections, minor repairs, and coordination with other departments to maintain guest satisfaction and building curb appeal. On-site work with a strong emphasis on safety and service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or hospitality maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and repair manuals.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Availability for varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep machines and building systems functioning.
• Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools.
• Inspect electrical systems and perform minor repairs.
• Service the hotel's pool and maintain chemical levels.
• Refurbish furniture and fixtures in guest rooms.
• Assist with repairs of kitchen, laundry, boilers, and plumbing systems.
• Respond courteously to guest questions and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate with other departments regarding guest room conditions.
• Attend meetings and training as required.
