Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in hotel, resort, commercial or institutional maintenance.
• HVAC, plumbing, or electrical skills.
• Light carpentry and knowledge of painting.
• Pool operation certification preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Preventive maintenance background preferred.
• Read, write and understand English.
