Job summary

MCR Pasadena property seeks an experienced maintenance engineer to uphold our high standards of cleanliness, safety and guest comfort. You will perform repairs, conduct preventive maintenance, and ensure safe operations across front and back-of-house areas.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in hospitality facilities, a technical degree, and a can-do attitude with strong communication. This on-site role supports guest satisfaction and property reliability.

Qualifications

• Technical, trade or vocational school degree preferred.
• 2+ years of work experience in a commercial facility or hospitality setting preferred.
• Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to repair requests from guests and document completion.
• Perform preventative maintenance as scheduled.
• Ensure safety protocols and health codes are followed.
• Conduct full property walks at shift start and end.
• Keep maintenance areas clean, organized, and safe.
