Qualifications

• High School diploma and Trade school coursework in related field preferred.
• Previous engineer/maintenance experience or equivalent training required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and repair maintenance work on hotel facilities.
• Conduct room inspections and identify repair needs.
• Install or repair sheetrock and other wall coverings.
• Install and replace basic electrical fixtures, light switches, and bulbs.
• Maintain repair and preventive maintenance records.
